A Walk for Wellbeing

October 10th is Mental Health Awareness Day and we would like to do our bit to help raise awareness about this very important topic.

‘A walk for Wellbeing’ has been organised by one of our young people in Leaving Cert Applied, in conjunction with the Clones Youth Centre. The walk will be followed by a talk from a local speaker on mental health & wellbeing and some light refreshments. It will be a relaxed and easy going morning and we would love for you to join with them in raising awareness about the importance of wellbeing on Thursday October 10th from 11 – 12.30am.
